Thank you so much for supporting Sanibel Shell Shop™. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged with great attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please note that custom, made-to-order, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. If there is ever a significant delay, you will be contacted directly.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

Due to the delicate nature of seashell art, all items are carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Sanibel Shell Shop is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. While we will always do our best to help, Sanibel Shell Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
