At Sanibel Shell Shop™, every piece is meticulously arranged by hand using authentic, hand-collected seashells inspired by the beauty of Sanibel & Captiva Island. Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our artwork, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as many of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:
- Repair assistance
- Replacement (when available)
- Partial refund
- Full refund in certain circumstances
Damaged Items
While all orders are packaged carefully and securely, seashell art is naturally delicate and shipping accidents may occasionally occur.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue
Shipping Delays
Sanibel Shell Shop is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or carrier-related issues once a package has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless the order has already shipped.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
